About the role
The SDR role is a critical part of our sales team, supporting our aggressive new logo acquisition across Enterprise accounts. You will often be the first person to speak with our prospects, introducing them to Holistic AI and AI risk management as a concept. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to execute on pipeline generation plans, securing high quality new business meetings.
Holistic AI is growing very fast which means SDR progression should also move at a similar pace.

- You’ll have a background of repeated success in B2B sales, preferably within a software organisation with a complex sales proposition
- You’re proactive, you enjoy breaking into new accounts and securing critical new business meetings
- Experience of MEDDIC would be useful but is not essential. However, a desire to learn how to leverage MEDDIC and run the playbook like the very best is a must
