Job brief

We are looking for a Senior IO (Industrial-Organisational) Psychologist – AI Assurance to manage the engagement of Holistic AI with the Talent and Recruitment landscape of users and providers. In this role, you will support our clients in their journey towards responsible adoption of AI, looking at the legal and regulatory compliance required.

Our ideal candidate is familiar with selection assessments, industry best practices, and adverse impact analysis and metrics. You should have experience in a client-facing role and be able to clearly communicate technical outcomes in an easy-to-understand way, as well as be familiar with or have an interest in AI.


  • Gather information from clients to establish an understanding of their system and their requirements
  • Work with the audit delivery team to conduct bias audits using the audit platform
  • Oversee the assurance and risk management of clients’ HR-tech systems
  • Interpret analysis metrics and use them to inform recommendations
  • Stay up to date with HR-tech legislation and communicate major developments to clients
  • Collaborate with the public policy and product teams to inform HR-tech-relevant updates to the platforms


  • Experience consulting with clients on selection assessments
  • Graduate degree in IO psychology or a related field
  • Experience with adverse impact analysis and metrics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with or interest in AI and algorithmic assessments
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
