Job summary
Holistic AI is seeking an experienced VP Sales to lead our revenue growth strategy and scale our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling revenues from early millions to tens of millions and building successful sales teams, in industries such as FSI and FMCG. As a metrics-driven and entrepreneurial leader, you will be responsible for setting revenue targets, implementing strategies to achieve those targets, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closing.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals.
- Set clear revenue targets and KPIs for the sales team and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Implement and optimize sales processes and systems, including CRM, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Work effectively with the VP of Marketing to optimize funnel velocity and ensure marketing and sales are working together to identify and qualify prospects and leads.
- Work closely with other senior leaders to ensure alignment across functions and drive overall company success.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, revenue growth, and other key metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling Enterprise Sales Organizations.
- Be a hands-on sales leader who can evangelize the product in front of customers and drive deals across the sales process. Build trust and relationships with key partners.
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, while continually looking for ways to streamline and automate the sales process and mechanics.
- Thrives in high-growth environments where problem-solving through ambiguity is necessary for success. Smart and agile problem solver.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-making.
- Leads an effective business rhythm to drive actions and insights against key performance indicators (revenue, funnel and forecast).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, internal stakeholders and their own sales team.
- Amble to creatively and effectively manage a team of sales professionals, motivating and incentivizing them to meet corporate goals while still continuing to develop their skills and abilities.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively about revenue growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
