The use of analytics in talent management is proliferating – from personality assessments for recruitment to performance management and compensation determination – it is imperative to ensure that these systems are safe, legal and fair.
The evolving regulatory landscape around people analytics will be discussed in this panel discussion, including the upcoming New York City Local Law 144, the California Workplace Tech act and the impending EU AI Act. For those present, the event will be followed by a networking session.
