What is Enforce Solution?

Enforce is where governance becomes operational. It is the third stage of the Holistic AI Governance Platform, after Identify and Protect, and it is what makes the difference between writing policies and actually applying them. Enforce takes the rules your governance team defines and applies them as automated controls that evaluate, intervene, and log every relevant AI interaction, across every model and agent, in real time.

How it works

Enforce starts with policy creation. You define your governance rules on the platform using the visual policy builder, which lets you construct policies through a drag and drop interface. You can build rules from scratch based on your organization's internal standards, or start from preconfigured regulatory templates mapped to frameworks like the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and NYC Local Law 144.

Each policy specifies what to look for, what thresholds apply, and what action to take when a violation is detected. Once a policy is active, it is applied automatically to every AI interaction that falls within its scope.

What Enforce does

Runtime guardrails - Policies are applied as automated controls that sit in the execution path of your models, agents, and workflows. Every interaction is evaluated against your active rules in real time
Automated enforcement - When a violation is detected, the platform acts immediately. It can block harmful content, prevent PII disclosure, enforce tone and safety guidelines, redirect requests, or escalate to human review
Deployment gates - Set approval requirements that must be met before an AI system can move from staging to production. Systems that do not pass policy checks cannot ship

Every enforcement action in the platform is carried out by Guardian Agents. Sentinel Agents monitor and detect. Operative Agents intervene and enforce. This means governance is not a scheduled job or a batch process. It is continuous, running alongside your AI systems at the speed they operate.

Regulatory alignment built in

The regulatory templates on the platform are not just checklists. They translate directly into enforceable rules. When you activate a template for the EU AI Act, the platform maps the relevant obligations to your AI systems based on their risk classification and applies the corresponding controls automatically. The same applies for NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, NYC Local Law 144, and industry specific standards.

You can also define and enforce your own internal policies, ethics guidelines, and organization specific controls alongside regulatory requirements. Everything runs through the same enforcement engine.
